- Laminaria Digitata Extract: Also known as Oarweed and Tangleweed, is a golden-brown seaweed. It is composed of a polysaccharide (marine sugar), amino acids, minerals and trace elements, essential components of the NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor). These extracts help restructure the hydrolipidic film and improve moisture retention in the skin. Cell booster, which stimulates ATP synthesis to combat tired and dull skin; increases cell activity, rejuvenating and slowing the cell’s aging process. They stimulate collagen production and provide a lifting effect.
- Silanol: Silanols are organic derivatives of silicon, ours are extracted from laminaria, brown algae. It binds moisture in the epidermis and provides long-lasting moisturising properties that help to combat the deterioration of collagen and elastin fibers in skin therefore firming and strengthening the skin. It is also known to act as an antioxidant to actively fight free radicals and prevent premature skin aging.
- Dipeptide: Natural dipeptide from blue-green algae acts like a natural retinoid that smoothes the skin and has been clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles with regular use. It stimulates the vitality and proliferation of skin cells and also has a strong anti-aging effect.
- Hyaluronic Acid: A naturally occurring polysaccharide, acts as a “molecular sponge” trapping and holding water up to a thousand times its own weight and supports collagen fibers and structural proteins to keep skin plump and youthful.
- Shea Butter: Contains essential vitamins A, E & F for healthy skin, evens skin tone, moisturizes and maintains skin moisture, protects the skin barrier, restores firmness, keeping skin clear and smooth, and soothes skin irritation.
