HOW TO USE
Shake well before use. Lightly soak a cotton pad with the lotion and gently sweep in a downward motion over the eyelids and lashes. For lips, apply similarly to remove long-lasting lipstick.
Optional: Follow with a cotton pad soaked in tepid water to remove any remaining residue.
